How to use: 

For Sushi, Pasta, Sumiso ae (Hotaru ika with vinegar miso sauce), etc

‐ Remove eyeballs, spine and mouth.

- Please boil in salted water for at least 30 seconds.
**It tastes best when freshly boiled.

<RAW>
- If you want to eat it raw, please freeze it in the freezer for at least 24 hours to kill any parasites that may be in the internal organs.

- Otherwise, please remove the internal organs and consume.
