Q : How to eat?
Thawing: Put in chiller for overnight till defrost. - EASIEST WAY
Preparation:
- Cut each leg from joint. (1 leg = 3-4pc)
- Cut straight on both sides of the shell between the white and red parts of the back of the foot w scissors. (White shell is softer, easier to cut)
Please steam for ~5 minutes (estimated). - RECOMMEND
*Plelase do not steam too long. It will be dry up, texture will be harder.
*When the bubbles coming out from shell, it signs of the crab has cooked!
-Dip in melted butter + chopped garlic
-Dip in soy sauce + chilli
-Dip in Ponzu sauce
-Add into Hot pot (Steamboat)
