This is a Kaisen don bowl sauce made with the dashi from Rishiri kombu kelp from Hokkaido and bonito flakes from Makurazaki, finished with pure rice sake for a refined taste.
Simply marinate your favorite sliced sashimi in the sauce and add on rice to easily enjoy a delicious kaisen don bowl!

Preparation:
1 sachet = 1 person (Amount of sashimi per person)
1. Marinate your preferred sashimi into kaisen don sauce for 5 minutes~
2. Serve on the sushi rice, toppings for handroll sushi, serve as sashimi, topping on the cold somen noodle, etc
