"Aka Ebi Thermidor" is a variation of Thermidor, using Red shrimp (Aka ebi) instead of lobster. Shrimp is cooked in a creamy white sauce and then baked in its shell, topped with cheese for a golden finish!

How to use:
Oven/ Air Fryer:
- Defrost the thermidor in chiller or room temperature.
- Pre-heat the oven (air flyer) at 220-250 degrees.
- Remove thermidor from tray and place it on the oven tray,
grill (air fry) it for 5 - 10 mins until golden brown.
