Negitoro Tuna refers to the minced tuna meat. Negitoro is often served as a topping for sushi or rice bowls (donburi), and it has a creamy texture thanks to the fat content of the tuna, while the green onions add a slight sharpness and freshness to balance the dish.
Storage instructions: Keep frozen. Defrost in chiller.
- Special Note: This is frozen negitoro made for longer storage under -40 °c. 👆We are storing in the super freezer (- 60 degrees). So when you receive the stocks, Please consume it fast within 1-2 weeks. (you cannot store Negitoro in your normal freezer too long even within expiry date)
Preparation: Use as topping for Sushi, Donburi, Hand roll sushi. Place over canapes, salads, cold tofu, salmon, scallops, lobster or avocadoes.
