"Hikari" White Shinshu Miso 1kg

Hikari White Sinshu Miso is a mild white miso paste that is used to add subtle savoury flavour to your dishes. This paste contains a higher proportion of rice compared to other miso.

This results in a golden-yellow color and a milder and sweeter miso paste. This miso paste is a good all-rounder and can be used in soups, stews and marinades.
