Compared to curry from the Indians, the Japanese curry is slightly sweeter. This sauce has been concentrated to boost taste. The mild hot flavour is perfect for those looking for a less intense heat.

- sauté white onion in pot 
- ⁠add in chicken stock 
- ⁠add in 1-2 bay leaves 
- ⁠add in boiled cut carrot
- ⁠add in cut potato (don’t need boil)
- ⁠add in Japanese curry cubes 
- ⁠serve with rice!
