It is soy sauce from Hyogo Prefecture with oyster extract(kaki). For steaks, chilled tofu, cooked rice (takikomi-gohan), cooked fish or vegetables (nimono). Harima-nada oyster extract ‘s good savoury flavor was mixed with bonito and kelp soup stock to produce a mellow and deep taste. The color and taste of the ingredients are fully used because it uses a special soy sauce blended with light soy sauce. 25 percent less salt than regular soy sauce. The container has a spout that avoids soy sauce oxidation and a double-structured fresh bottle.
