“Bulldog” Tonkatsu Sauce 300ml

Tonkatsu sauce is made by boiling vegetables and fruits and then adding vinegar and sugar, salt and spices. Originating from Worcestershire sauce in England, the taste has been changed to  suit the tastes of the Japanese, and it has become a unique Japanese-style seasoning with a sweet and rich taste, acidity, and thickness. The acidity of the sauce gives the fried food a refreshing and easy-to-eat taste.
