ネギトロ (Negitoro = Minced tuna) can be different taste!
Don’t need to be always soy sauce & wasabi to go with.
I found a recipe that we loved. 👍👍👍🔽
< Sesame flavoured Negatoro>
Frozen Negitoro: 500g
Tobikko: 40g (optional)
Spring onion
Roasted white sesame seeds
Sesame oil: 1 table spoon
Light soy sauce: 1 table spoon
Dashi powder: 1 pinch
**500g of Negitoro = 4 Negitoro rolls
**1 roll = I cut into 8pc (can be 6-8pc)
Super easy…
Just all the ingredients mix together.
Tobikko is optional, can be replace to avocado 🥑 (idea!)
Then make it into
ネギトロ巻き Negitoro roll
手巻き寿司 Hand roll
ネギトロ丼 Negitoro don
or with Korean seaweed was also very nice!🤤
